1.0 Terms & Conditions

1.1 This promotion is valid from 14 November 2024 until 31 January 2025, inclusive. All receipts must be uploaded by 22:00 GST on 31 January 2025. All receipts uploaded after 22:00 GST on 31 January 2025 will be automatically disqualified.

1.2 Participants are eligible to receive one raffle draw coupon for every AED 500 spent on an Eligible Purchase (as defined below).

1.3 “Eligible Purchase” means purchases of gold or jewelry items made within the Dubai Gold Souk Extension. Purchases from any other location, including within the broader Dubai Gold Souk area, are not valid.

1.4 Participants must upload pictures of original receipts complying with the Receipt Requirements below from retailers in the Dubai Gold Souk Extension to https://dsmg.raffle-tech.com/draw/outlet/U2FsdGVkX1%2BR%2FAiazQILQMMRCs4PV1JuplHbZ71yZwE%3D

D to receive a raffle draw coupon. SMS receipts, photocopies, duplicates or credit/debit card receipts are not acceptable. Likewise, digital receipts and e-receipts are not valid. 1.5 “Receipt Requirements” means, to qualify for the promotion, participants must provide a picture of an original receipt that:

1.5.1 clearly states the purchase of gold or jewelry items;

1.5.2 displays the transaction date (falling within the promotion period set out in paragraph 1.1. above), item description, and total amount spent;

1.5.3 includes the store’s name and location, specifically indicating the Dubai Gold Souk Extension; and

1.5.4 is legible and free from alterations or modifications.

1.6 Multiple purchases from different shops within the Dubai Gold Souk Extension can be aggregated to reach a total of AED 500 per day to be eligible for a raffle draw coupon.

1.7 This promotion is applicable for purchases made at the shops of the Dubai Gold Souk Extension only, and does not apply to food, dining, supermarket or perfume purchases. Transactions at banks or currency exchanges are not valid for this promotion. Purchases made for other services (e.g. du, Etisalat, salons or clinics) are not valid for this promotion.

1.8 The raffle draw will take place on 7 January 2025 (the “Draw Date”). One participant will win a Cybertruck substantially electroplated externally with 24 carat gold (the “Prize”) on the Draw Date. The Draw Date is subject to change without prior notice and at Dubai Waterfront Development LLC’s sole discretion.

1.9 The decision by Deira Waterfront Development LLC of the winner of the Prize, based on the raffle draw, will be final and binding.

1.10 The winner of the Prize will be notified via the email address and mobile phone number registered on their registration form. Notification may be by email, phone call or SMS message. If the winner of the Prize does not respond to the initial notification, Deira Waterfront Development LLC will make the following additional attempts to notify the winner of the Prize:

1.10.1 Second Attempt: [2] days after the initial attempt.

1.10.2 Final Attempt: [2] days after the second attempt.

1.11 The Prize must be collected by the winner within [30] calendar days of the initial notification in accordance with paragraph 1.10 above. Failure to claim the Prize within [30] days of the initial notification in accordance with paragraph 1.10 above will result in the Prize being rescinded and the raffle being re-drawn.

1.12 By entering the raffle draw, you hereby agree to let Deira Waterfront Development LLC use your personal information for publication and marketing purposes in relation to this promotion (and future promotions) and in accordance with its privacy policy https://bit.ly/40LjAGo . You hereby confirm that all the personal information that you register as part of the registration process below is true, accurate and complete.

1.13 The winner's details (name, nationality, image) will be issued on Deira Waterfront Development LLC and Dubai Gold Souk Extension social media channels (Facebook / Instagram). By entering the raffle draw, you hereby agree to your details being issued and posted in accordance with this paragraph 1.13 in the circumstances where you are the winner.

1.14 Deira Waterfront Development LLC will carry out document checks before issuing the Prize to the winner, including, without limitation, to verify the winner’s identify, age and ability to receive ownership of the Prize. The required documents will include national identification (passport or emirates ID), proof of address, and original driving license. The winner must have the ability to accept title of, legally drive and register the Prize, either in the UAE (if a UAE national or resident) or in their home country. If you fail to provide the requested identification, or, if at Deira Waterfront Development LLC’s sole discretion, Deira Waterfront Development LLC is not satisfied with the documents you provide, Deira Waterfront Development LLC reserves the right not to issue the Prize to the winner. Deira Waterfront Development LLC’s decision shall be final and binding and it shall not be obliged to provide a reason for any refusal to issue the Prize to the winner.

1.15 The winner will be required to be physically present at the time of collection of the Prize and will be required to present original identification documents and the original receipt for the relevant Eligible Purchase in order to collect the Prize. Copies, whether digital or otherwise, of the original receipt for the relevant Eligible Purchase will not be acceptable. Deira Waterfront Development LLC will not be responsible for any costs relating to the winner being physically present at the time of the collection of the Prize.

1.16 Deira Waterfront Properties 1 LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deira Waterfront Development LLC, is the current owner of the Prize and will transfer the Prize to the winner on collection, subject to paragraphs 1.14 and 1.15 above. This promotion is organised by Deira Waterfront Development LLC. The promotion is not being organised and/or run in conjunction with, or being supported in any way by, Tesla Motors, Inc. and no relationship exists between Tesla Motors, Inc. and Deira Waterfront Development LLC or any of Deira Waterfront Development LLC's affiliates in relation to the promotion.

1.17 The winner will not be entitled to, and Deira Waterfront Development LLC will not offer, a cash alternative to the Prize or an alternative prize (whether in the form of another vehicle or otherwise).

1.18 Following collection of the Prize by the winner, the winner must, within [60] days of collection of the Prize, either:

1.18.1 register the Cybertruck under their name with the relevant UAE department of transport; or

1.18.2 export the Cybertruck to their home country and register the Cybertruck in such country in accordance with the registration requirements of their home country.

1.19 The winner will be solely responsible for all registration and/or exporting/importing requirements relating to the Cybertruck, including all insurance requirements, all documentation requirements and all related costs. The winner will be solely responsible for ensuring that they possess or can obtain the correct documentation for registration, transfer, and, where relevant, the exportation of the Cybertruck from the UAE and its importation into their home country.

1.20 Employees of Ithra Dubai LLC, Deira Waterfront Development LLC, Deira Waterfront Development Holdings LLC (and all of the preceding companies' subsidiaries, affiliates, companies under their management and other related companies), the Dubai Gold Souk Extension or traders operating within the Dubai Gold Souk Extension are not eligible to enter the promotion even if they receive a raffle draw coupon.

1.21 Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the Draw Date to enter the promotion.

1.22 Insofar as is permitted by applicable law, Ithra Dubai LLC, Deira Waterfront Development LLC, Deira Waterfront Development Holdings LLC, (and all of the preceding companies' subsidiaries, affiliates, companies under their management and other related companies) and the Dubai Gold Souk Extension will not in any circumstances accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of running the promotion, issuing the Prize and/or the winner’s collection of the Prize. In the circumstances where such exclusion of liability is held to be void or unenforceable, the total aggregate liability of Ithra Dubai LLC, Deira Waterfront Development LLC, Deira Waterfront Development Holdings LLC, (and all of the preceding companies' subsidiaries, affiliates, companies under their management and other related companies) and the Dubai Gold Souk Extension shall not exceed AED 100 (one hundred UAE dirhams).

1.23 A participant can be disqualified by Deira Waterfront Development LLC from the promotion in the event of any misappropriations, misconduct or any breach of these terms and conditions, whether before or after the Draw Date and as determined by Deira Waterfront Development LLC at its sole discretion.

1.24 By entering this promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promotion, and these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE and the courts of Dubai shall be the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute relating to the promotion, or these terms and conditions.
